Semi-Independent Living Students will have
the opportunity to experience semi-independent living,
allowing them to prepare for future college life away
from home.  
Students will learn how to shop and cook inexpensive
dishes with American ingredients, clean, laundry,
dishwashing, etc...
Stanford University
-Dates: December 24, 2011 to January 5, 2012
-Duration: 13 days
-College Visits: Visit local colleges!
-Ages: Middle School High School Students
-Homestay with great people in a safe neighborhood
environment!
-Great Activities:  BBQ, Santa Cruz Beach & Boardwalk,
Golf, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Putt-Putt Golf,
Malibu Grand Prix
Students will homestay in Willow Glen, a quiet and
safe neighborhood for upper middle-class families
of Silicon Valley tucked away from the hustle and
bustle of the valley. During the homestay, students
will be encouraged to be independent and conduct
household chores. Realistic expectations will be
made according to age and ability so each students
leaves with a healthy sense of confidence and
responsibility.
