This program at Setagaya is for children who are 1 1/2 or older. We have a safe and fun environment that is available by making arrangements only 24 hours in advance for your convenience so whenever you need child care you'll have it!
Our staff offer activities that are planned to promote cooperation, socialization, listening skills and motor development.
Call on us when you need to run errands, attend meetings, tend to business, go shopping, see the doctor or dentist, or just to relax and re-energize. We can also be your backup for your regular child care if they are not available or if school is closed.
Sensory Exploration , play dough, shaving cream, goop and gak are the most popular sensory activities amongst the children.
Group Activities are offered and incorporate music, dance, drama and imagination.
Art exposes children to various mediums and processes, such as cutting, gluing, sculpting, beading, painting, stamping and folding.
Snacks and Lunch may be ordered if arrangements are made 36 hours in advance. Meals can be brought from home or purchased. Snacks are served at 10am and 3pm, lunch is served at 12pm.
Diapers and Toilet Training are tended to every 2 hours, or, as needed. If your child is in the process of being toilet trained, let the staff know to remind them. Please ensure that you assist your child upon arrival and prior to departing.
Rest Times are not scheduled since children arrive at various times. If a child is tired, they are encouraged to rest on a mat.
